Shipping for IVYPHANT customers is FREE for orders over $70 to anywhere within Australia. Orders under $70 are sent at standard postage as calculated at checkout.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
When your order has been dispatched, an automated email will be sent to your registered address. We will provide you with all the details you need to track your order once it has been dispatched.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days, and we make every effort to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect it to arrive in 2 to 10 business days after receiving your despatch email notification. For WA, Far North QLD, NT, and remote country areas please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery.

LOCAL DELIVERY
FREE local delivery is available for orders over $125 within a 15-kilometer radius of Ringwood 3134.
Orders will be delivered from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM from Monday to Sunday (Closed on Tuesday) and usually delivered within 1-3 days.
We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
LOCAL PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 42A Nelson Street RINGWOOD VIC 3134. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
